•العمل على توفير المعدات والأدوات وقطع الغيار ومعدات السلامة المهنية لإتمام أعمال التصليح والصيانة لسيارات الشركة على أكمل وجه.
•متابعة أمور المركبات بشكل آني ومباشر ومراقبة السرعة والمسار المتبع ومدة التوقف عن طريق نظام GPS.
•الاتصال مع السائق لتنبيهه في حال تجاوز السرعة خاصة في المواقع الخطرة من الطريق.
•التنسيق مع السائقين في حالات الطوارئ والتوقف الاضطراري والحوادث.
•متابعة تقارير اليوم السابق ودراستهم وتحري المخالفات الحاصلة.
•الحرص على نظافة ورتابة مكان العمل ومراعاة قواعد السلامة أثناء عمليات الصيانة من خلال مراقبة ارتداء معدات السلامة العامة والتبليغ عن الحوادث للوقوف على أسبابها ومنع تكرارها.
•متابعة أعمال الصيانة خارج الشركة للمركبات في حالات عدم القدرة على صيانتها داخل الشركة.
• متابعة أعمال الصيانة الدورية للآليات بما يضمن استمراريتها في العمل على أكمل وجه.

Major Accountabilities:

BUSINESS RESULTS & COMPANY POLICIES:
• Ensure the use of effective human and material resources aimed at regional needs in order to achieve assigned sales and MS targets of related product groups.

• Work in coordination and effectively with other related departments, analyze and interpret the region-al sales results in order to undertake the actions that develop and maximize the business results.

SALES FORCE EFFECTIVENESS:
• Create an effective territory structure, evaluate it periodically and update it if necessary.
• Ensure an effective targeting and segmentation, in the region with periodic updates when necessary.
• Increase the effectiveness of MRs through continuous follow-up of number of daily visits per MR and their monthly visit and call plans.
• Control and manage DS expenses in accordance within assigned expense budget
• Visit important customers such as KOLs, pharmacies, warehouses, local authorities of official bodies as required
• Meeting and following up the orders and commercial execution with the distributors.
• Informing the distributors sales team about Alcon‘s priorities, and supporting in the implementation of effective commercial execution.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
• Create an environment that increases the motivation of the MRs working in the region under his/ her responsibility.
• Effective planning & controlling the MRs in accordance to GPS training. Actively use SALSA, follow up, evaluate and make the necessary changes in MR's daily activities.
• Develop pharmaceutical sales force skills & abilities, periodically follow up and evaluate MR's performance by realizing bilateral field visits, effective coaching and feedback.
• Ensure extensive medical and marketing knowledge of MRs of Alcon and competitor products.
• Ensure the positive interaction of MRs with marketing team and all other departments within the company.

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the ‘Strengthening Disabled People’s Organizations’ role in multi-stakeholder dialogues for democratic changes in Egypt, Jordan and the occupied Palestinian territories’ project.

THE PROJECT:

The ‘Strengthening Disabled People’s Organizations’ role in multi-stakeholder dialogues for democratic changes in Egypt, Jordan and the occupied Palestinian territories’ project is a regional initiative, with activities primarily based in Jordan, Palestine (West Bank and Gaza Strip) and Egypt. Activities within the project are both country-specific and regional in nature. The overall implementation period of the project is from April 2013 to March 2016. The project builds on the results of earlier initiatives carried out by Handicap International with its partners that aimed to strengthen the capacities of key leaders of the disability movement in the Middle East region.

The project seeks to ensure that Disabled Persons’ Organisations (DPOs) in Jordan, Palestine and Egypt are acknowledged by authorities and other civil society organisation as legitimate civil society stakeholders in national policy processes.

The project is structured around 3 key components:
1) Developing the skills and practical experience of national DPOs in monitoring public policies and advocating for disability rights
2) Strengthening the dialogue and interaction mechanisms on disability rights between DPOs, authorities and civil society organisations at national and regional levels
3) Sharing good practices on how DPOs influence policy making processes among the disability movement and with political and civil society stakeholders at national and regional levels

REPONSIBILITIES:

The Project Manager will be responsible for:
• Ensuring the overall implementation of the project according to workplans developed within the project Steering Committee and in coordination with the HI regional and country-based teams
• Providing direct leadership for the planning, implementation and monitoring of activities at the regional level
• Coordinating the planning, implementation and monitoring of country-specific activities in Jordan, Egypt and Palestine with the collaboration of HI and partner teams based in each countries

Specific responsibilities of the Project Manager include:
1) Project management:
• Plan and implement project activities; co-ordinate between the project’s various stakeholders in line with the strategic direction of the overall project
• Implement the project monitoring system and ensure the continuous monitoring of activities
• Manage the project’s financial, logistical and material resources
• Develop and implement formal partnership agreements
2) Project coordination
• Coordinate actions led by country-based HI teams
• Ensure an efficient sharing of information with regional and country-based HI teams
• Lead strategic and operational meetings of HI teams at the regional level

3) Internal and external reporting:

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the ‘Towards an inclusive local development in rural areas of Zarqa governorate’ project in Jordan.

This is an extremely exciting position for an experienced project manager with proven operational and budgetary management skills, who is committed to the improvement of the situation of marginalised persons in Jordan, within a dynamic and vibrant non-profit organisation.

THE PROJECT:

The ‘Towards an inclusive local development in rural areas of Zarqa governorate’ project is a 30-month project that will be implemented from April 2013 to September 2015. This project builds on the results of earlier projects led in Dlail municipality.

The project seeks to ensure that Persons with disabilities (PwDs) and their families in Halabat and New Bereen municipalities (Zarqa governorate) have an improved access to essential services and participate in inclusive multi-stakeholder local development processes.

The project is structured around 4 key components:
1. Bringing together representatives from local authorities, government ministries, service providers and civil society to assess the situation of PwDs and implement actions responding to their needs and demands.
2. Supporting PwDs and family members to express their needs and demands effectively within local development dynamics, and to develop expanded mutual support networks.
3. Ensuring that PwDs benefit from a greater access to essential services through improved information and referral mechanisms, and in-home rehabilitation services.
4. Sharing lessons learned from the pilot experience with stakeholders from other sectors and regions, allowing for the potential duplication of the action.


REPONSIBILITIES:

The Project Manager will be responsible for:
• Ensuring the overall implementation of the project according to workplans developed within the project Steering Committee
• Providing direct leadership for the planning, implementation and monitoring of project activities
• Dialoguing with national, governorate and local stakeholders involved in the project.

Specific responsibilities of the Project Manager include:
1) Project management:

Duties & responsibilities:

• Provide the project team with the required leadership to enable the team to execute the project effectively and efficiently and should drive decision-making to the lowest level possible.
• Responsible to follow up on all teams assigned to his/her project(s) from the different technical engineering disciplines from Team Leaders level to engineers, Quantity Surveyors and finally the draftsmen. He/she should work closely with the Team Leader
• Act as the client’s main contact with the Company and is responsible for maintaining an effective and professional relationship with the client. He/she should manage clients’ expectations and promote their involvement throughout all projects’ phases to the maximum level possible.
• Responsible for familiarizing himself with the project contract
• Responsible for developing the Project Charter for all projects assigned to him/her in coordination with key stakeholders: Project Sponsor, Marketing and Proposals Manager, Principal Engineers and Team Leaders. The project charter should be approved by the client, the Principal Project Manager and the Project Sponsor and should be endorsed by the Managing Director/Buildings.
• Responsible for defining the roles and responsibilities of team members for all projects assigned to him/her.
• Lead the project planning activities such as developing project schedule, resource planning, cost estimates, risk planning etc, and should ensure that the prepared project plan is feasible, realistic and communicated to all concerned employees. He/she is responsible for performing the final review of the project plan and determining next steps.
• Communicate the project Execution Plan and supervise the application of the Project Management Procedures Manual through ensuring that the steps and procedures documented are understood and are being applied satisfactorily during the course of the project. He/she is responsible for performing process-related mentoring to project members and resolving process-related problems.
• Perform project tracking through several weekly project review meetings and should make sure that the project plan is updated on weekly basis. He/she should report project status on weekly basis upward to MD/Buildings, Principal Project Manager, and Principal Engineers through the designated templates and to the client on project major milestones.
• Prepare, in coordination with the Principal PM and Principal Architects/Engineers, the project staffing and de-staffing plans.
• Notify the Principal PM and the Managing Director/Buildings of any re-sourcing problems, which arise during all stages of the life of the project.
• Monitor direct expenses related to the project and report possible excesses in expenses to the Principal PM and the Managing Director/Buildings.
• Oversee the flow of work among the project team members and ensure that such workflow is smooth and efficient.
• Document and maintain all key project documentations such as documents related to contractual matters, clients’ approvals, etc.
• Coordinate with the Enterprise Performance Unit (EPU) for purposes of collecting invoices should a problem arise to the technical part of the contract.
• Maintain the project quality manual including the project work plan, customer complaints, and corrective actions.
• Prepare projects’ progress reports; close out report and the project marketing material.
• Responsible to brief the Building Supervision Department of all projects details prior to commencing the execution of the project.
• Responsible for documenting and applying lessons learned from recent projects.
• Coordinate with the Document Controller to file the project’s document according to the Document Control procedure.
• To be aware of the HSE policy.
• To be aware of risks.
• Reporting near misses, injuries, illnesses, incidents and accidents to the OD.

Additional Details:

We are seeking an experienced functional expert who has extensive knowledge of the R12 Oracle Financials-business suite of products. The primary responsibilities of this role are that of a Senior Business Analyst with a broad expertise in Oracle Financials in the Receivables, Payable s, and General ledger and Fixed Assets modules. The candidate would contribute to product development objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.

Work on a product development team as an Oracle E-Business Suite analyst who can define new business requirements and provide data modeling for some or more of the Oracle Financials suite of products. Would also consider a candidate who has worked as an expert on an Oracle ERP from the finance perspective. The candidate should have a strong financials implementation experience combined with an in-depth understanding of business requirements which can be translated into solution documents.

Brief Posting Description:

- Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.


Detailed Description:

As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

• استقبال المكالمات الواردة وتحويلها إلى الموظفين المعنيين والرد على استفساراتهم إن تطلب الأمر ذلك.
• استقبال الزوار والعملاء والترحيب بهم والرد على استفساراتهم وتوجيههم إلى الأماكن أو الأشخاص المطلوبين.
• توزيع البريد الوارد على الأشخاص المعنيين وذلك بحسب توجيهات مدير دائرة الصيانة والتركيب.
• الاتصال بالجهات الخارجية والعملاء بحسب الطلب وتحويل المكالمات إليهم.
• تقديم المساندة والدعم في إعداد المراسلات وطباعة المذكرات الداخلية والرسائل والعمل على إرسالها إلى الجهات المعنية في الوقت المحدد.
