Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Strategic
- To identifies and develop specific polices plans to significantly reduce / minimize risks relating to stock security, crime, crisis management, business continuity / recovery and administrative loss

- Report to senior management and board of directors on the Company’s Risk exposure
 
Operational
QUALITY
 
- Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the COMPANY’S’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements
- Establish and oversee Quality Control Policies & Procedures for all the business units in order to achieve an effective quality standard for incoming material,
production process, intermediary product and end product
- Establish effective standard operating procedures for quality disciplines and
methodologies in areas such as product qualification/validation, supplier quality assurance, continuous improvement, and corrective/preventive action
- Manage the physical, chemical and biological laboratory and ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary
- Investigate all customers complaints and ensure that issues are resolved promptly and accurately
- Issue management report including but not limited to (Quality issues consolidated
reports, Customer complaints consolidated reports, Item scrapped report, Pest Control report, Warehouse inspection consolidated reports, Sadia claims

- Oversee compliance to ISO 14000 and  ISO 9000 and HACCP quality aspects  in order to ensure customers satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements 
- Properly manage and coordinate the recall system for poor quality products and communicate the recall to all sales division as well as to the COO when volume or value are relatively high
- Oversee the coordination with Purchase and Logistics Department to ensure compliance with storage and transportation standards
- Carryout the communication with the Insurance companies for any defrost containers and ensure the proper procedures and documentations are being provided to the insurance company on timely manner
- Ensure that process and procedure updates are properly documented to enable COMPANY’S to obtain the required ISO  certificates and ensure issuance and renewal are done on timely manner
- Resolve critical issues with baladiya / health department so that regulators endorse COMPANY’S’s commitment to consistently exceed health department requirements
- Provide direction and coaching to all levels of management and supervision with regards to the implementation of HSE policies and practices
- Implement related preventive actions and emergency plans and periodically summarize HSE performance thus in order to make continuous improvement
- Investigate root cause of workplace accidents or injuries and ensure that remedial measures have been agreed and carried out
- Carry out random inspections of all work areas to ensure adherence to rules and
regulations placed by COMPANY’S and compliance with safe working practices
and environmental compliance

1. Roles and Responsibilities
The following is a brief description of the role.
Generic responsibilities 
These responsibilities shall be the same for all positions with the same title. The responsibilities shall be short and essential. Details belong in the Work- and Professional Development Plan.
• Adheres to NRC policies and procedures, handbooks and guidelines.
• Provides direction, assigns tasks and gives instructions to daily labours and/or contractors and evaluates individual performance.
• Provides basic assistance, information and/or training to staff on departments policies and procedures.
• Develops weekly activity plan.
• Manages progress of own activities.
• Prepares and files accurate records of department activities and ensures all information is accurate and available in time.
• Maintains working relationships with relevant local authorities and/or stakeholders.
 

Specific responsibilities
These responsibilities shall be adapted to the particularities of the job location and context, phase of operation, strategic focus and type of programme intervention. This section shall be revised whenever a new employee is hired or the context changes significantly. The line manager drafts the specific responsibilities and sends them to his/her line manager for approval.
• Assists in the receipt, storage, and transfer of stock from Zaatari Camp warehousing;
• Completes and files accurate and up-to-date logistics documents, incl. Goods Received Notes (GRN), Stock Request Forms, Waybill, Loss & Damage Reports, and Stock Reports.
• Participates in the monthly stock counts for Zaatari Camp Warehousing;
• Provides assistance with local procurement, in accordance with NRC procurement guidelines and thresholds, where required and as delegated by line management;
• Provides up-to-date information on the status of all local procurement for inclusion in the PR Tracker.
• Processes camp permit requests and facilitates camp access for vehicles and supplies;
• Assists in the preparation and completion of daily / weekly / monthly logistics reporting requirements.
• Any other general logistics assistance as directed by line management.

IRC’s programs in Jordan focus on urban interventions in the north that address gender-based violence specifically violence against women and girls for Syrian refugees and host community members as well as reproductive health care to Syrian refugees through two clinics based in Ramtha and Mafraq. Since January 2013, IRC also carries out Child Protection programs in Syrian refugee camps, providing specialized services for the identification, support and protection of unaccompanied children (UAC) and other children at risk.
Scope of work
The HR Assistant is responsible for day-to-day HR & administrative requirements, functions and general office management of the IRC offices and to assist the HR Team in all related HR & Admin functions.
Specific Responsibilities:
The HR Assistant is responsible for the following tasks:
Assist & Help the HR Team in day to day tasks, and any clercal work as needed
Track any documents sent between Amman and the field.
Arrange IRC orientation every mpnth for the new joiners in Amman Office.
Collect timesheets and track them form staff each month.
Prepare personal and e personal files for the new joiners.
Assist the HR department in organizing staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
Document control for all HR filing system and catalogue HR materials.
Assist the payroll officer with collecting the needed documents.
Prepare employment letters or any related letters to staff when needed.

Job Overview/Summary: The Outreach Nurse will take on the role of supporting the mobile medical team in Irbid governorate that will provide services to Syrian refugees and vulnerable Jordanians. The mobile medical team will consist of two doctors, one midwife and two nurses. This position is based in Irbid with continuous travel to target districts within the governorate. Under the direct supervision from the Deputy Health Manager, the mobile medical team will engage with the community health volunteers and work closely with program will support CHVs in Irbid and coordinate with two mobile clinics and two primary health care facilities. The medical team will also establish a referral system with the Women’s Empowerment and Protection department responsible for responding to the psychological needs of the refugees. In addition, the nurse will provide professional medical care to the highest quality and in accordance with national and international laws and standards.
*The outreach nurse can be asked to cover in other governorate or other health facility within IRC Health Program coverage area (Mafraq, Irbid & Ramtha).

• Stays abreast of internal program SOPs and thematic/ counseling guidelines;
• Delivers information sessions and individual counselling to NRC Syrian and Jordanian beneficiaries on various topics including legal and civil documentation, housing, land and property rights and work rights
• Prepares and supports legal assistance to NRC beneficiaries;
• Ensures protection mainstreaming in field activities, including identification of cases for protection referrals;
• Undertakes day-to-day data collection and data entry related to field activities;
• Participates in field mapping exercises.

The Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) Engineer will create, prepare and implement the QA/QC plan and any associated and relevant directives and instructions needed to support the plan. The main duties will be to develop and manage the quality control and quality assurance procedures.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Revising and establishing company's quality procedures, standards and specifications.
• Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met.
• Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
• Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards.

• Install and uninstall all graphic related issues before and after different events.
• Transfer the Visual Merchandising tools from and into the store.
• Make sure that promotional signs are placed on the correct converters.
