The Role
You will work with the Store Manager to achieve objectives, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided by staff and that they have the skills and support required to maximise sales. You will work with a variety of different departments to maintain the effective operation of the store and will provide feedback to the store, brand and area managers around staff and products. You may also be required to deputise for the Store Manager during periods of leave.
You must have previous management or supervisory experience in retail and a passion for customer service.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have/be:
PC literate
At least 3 years' retail experience (ideally at a supervisory level)
An understanding of fashion retail.
Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal (Arabic language skills are also an advantage).

Generic responsibilities
1. Ensure that all HR systems, processes and procedures are implemented in accordance with NRC guidelines, national legislation and donor requirements;
2. Support in revisions of Terms of Employment as needed;

1. Role and responsibilities
The following is a brief description of the role.
Develop, coordinate and conduct internal trainings for all staff in the Jordan Country Office, and coordinate the NRC training plan in order to strengthen capacity among all staff in the mission, and ensure that the NRC goal of being a learning organization is being achieved.

1. Responsible to plan and coordinate the annual training plan for the mission;
2. Responsible to coordinate and conduct NRC Way trainings for all staff in the mission;
3. Develop new trainings and materials on different subjects / from different fields (Project Cycle Management, Logistics and Procurement procedures, Budgeting, HR) in cooperation with Project Managers / Coordinators;
4. Ensure proper tracking of training needs vs. delivered trainings; ensure tracking of trainings delivered to each individual employee and maintain proper documentation (i.e. attendance sheets).
